Description
This is the video of a lecture by his excellency Festus Gontebanye Mogae, former President of the Republic of Botswana. His presentation was entitled: Democratization in Africa: The Case of Botswana, And What Africans Expect from the Obama Administration. He served as president of Botswana from 1998 to 2008, and won the 2008 Ibrahim Prize for Achievement in African Leadership.
